Be part of something great

We care about our team

We want to ensure we attract and retain the most talented people. Our working arrangements support the demands of a contemporary workplace, with people working in our office locations and remotely with clients or at home.

Our flexible working arrangements enable us to deliver top class services whilst recognising that a good work-life balance is key to maintaining performance and retaining our people.

Join a vibrant team

We’re a small, dynamic, high-performing business with a range of diverse and specialist roles. Our size means that we’re good at seeing the individual and helping people reach their full potential.

Employee wellbeing

Sometimes our employees may need help with life, money or work. We provide access to a wide range of toolkits, support programmes and helplines ranging from debt advice to mental health and wellbeing.

Staying
healthy

We offer private healthcare with the option of extending this to cover family members. This includes access to a virtual GP with early morning and late night appointments ensuring you can access treatment quickly.

Hybrid and flexible working

We offer a variety of different ways of working, some of our roles work completely remotely, others are based permanently in the office, many of us prefer a mix of both.

Personal development

We invest in our people, helping them progress with training and development. We work with training partners supporting apprenticeships, higher-level qualifications and general skills for business.

Planning for
later

We encourage people to plan for retirement, and make a 10% pension contribution. We also offer a salary sacrifice scheme for those who want to contribute in a more financially effective way.

Generous
holidays

Everyone needs time to unwind and to support this, our annual holiday allowance starts at 25 days a year in addition to the statutory 8 bank holidays.

Flexible
benefits

All our employees have access to a flexible benefits website where you can save money on gifts cards, get exclusive offers on high street stores or get cashback on purchases.

Peace of
mind

If you’re ill, we have a generous sick pay policy backed up by life assurance with a value of four times your annual salary.
